Our reception staff can assist you with all administrative queries, such as appointments and general centre queries. Reception staff are not qualified to discuss clinical information such as results. Our Practice Manager Andrea is available to discuss any feedback, concerns or suggestions you may have.

Our nursing team are happy to assist you with medical queries where they can, and assist the doctors to provide you with the best possible medical attention.


Dr Heather Carcary

Dr Carcary grew up in a small town in far North Queensland on a dairy farm. She attended James Cook University (Townsville), which has a rural health focus. She had many rural placements in rural QLD and for the last 5 years she has been working at Mt Isa Hospital Emergency Department.

After meeting her husband they relocated from Mount Isa to the Redland Bay area.

Outside of work she loves to cook (but not wash-up), photography and to travel. She has hiked the Kokoda track, walked on the Antarctic sea ice and sailed the fjords of Norway.

She is enjoying the change from rural emergency medicine at Mount Isa to General Practice/Family Medicine with the team at the Coorparoo Clinic. Her passion is for women’s health/family medicine. She provides services in Immunisation, Travel Medicine and Chronic Disease Management.

Dr Mark Fletcher

Dr Fletcher has practised continually in the Coorparoo area for the last 32 years. He is married and has 3 children, 2 still at school.His interests include the love of nature, the outdoors, camping, bushwalking and the beach. He also enjoys rhythm and blues music. Dr Fletcher enjoys all aspects of family medicine including babies and young toddlers as well as adolescent care through to the elderly. He believes in being proactive regarding illness Travel advice is a special interest and he is able to offer a Yellow Fever vaccination service. Twice a year he travels to remote villages in the Solomon Islands with a small medical crew to offer free medical aid to the village people. Dr Fletcher works Monday to Friday

Dr John Stevens

Dr Stevens enjoys all aspects of family medicine, men’s health and skin surgery. Dr Stevens works Monday to Thursday

Dr Ginene Carmody

Dr Carmody has worked and travelled all around Australia mostly in rural areas before settling in Brisbane in 2004. She is interested in all areas of medicine with a special interest in women’s’ health and also does musculo-skeletal acupuncture. She has a strong interest in fitness and does regular aerobic and dance classes, as well as being a member of a walking club. She is passionate about blues and rock music and is a member of the South East Blues Association. Dr Carmody works Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday

Dr Michelle Burrows

Dr Burrows has been a GP all over Queensland and has moved back to Brisbane after raising children in Atherton. She is widely travelled, enjoys reading and playing hockey. She loves the incredible variety of General Practice and enjoys looking after a person ‘from cradle to grave’. Dr Burrows works Monday to Friday

Dr. Adrian Danieletto

Dr. Adrian Danieletto trained in Queensland before joining the Australian Defence Force and practising as a Regular Army doctor in 2013. He has practised in 3 different states and obtained his RACGP fellowship in 2016. He enjoys GP for its variety of medical presentations and the ability to join patients throughout their entire health care experience. Dr Danieletto has specific interests in surgery and minor procedures, occupational and sports medicine, men’s health and travel medicine but enjoys all areas of general practice. He enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking, camping, golf and aussie rules and works Monday to Friday.

Dr. Erin Waters

Dr. Erin is a GP with over a decade’s experience providing comprehensive healthcare for individuals and families. She enjoys treating the whole family and as a mother of three children herself, ranging from 0-10 years, she has the current real life experience to provide practical support to parents as their trusted family GP.

Erin tries to run on time and makes herself available for urgent appointments. Recently moving her practice, she is currently taking on new patients again.

Erin has a lot of experience in treating babies, children, young adults, Shared Antenatal Care with alignment to the Mater Mothers Hospital, Women’s health including Implanon and Mirena insertions and also provides Men’s Health, Chronic Disease Management, Holistic Care of Older Patients, Immunisations, Skin Checks and Minor Skin Lesion Excisions, Weight Management and General Check Ups. She has a special interest in treating patients of Anxiety, Depression, Post-natal Depression, Family and Work Related Stress.

Dr. Philip Iskander

Dr Iskander enjoys all aspects of Family Medicine including Chronic Disease Management, Immunisations, Travel Medicine, Men’s Health, Workers Compensation and Mental Health Issues.


Sue Aydon has worked as a Psychologist for over 30 years in numerous clinical settings. These include child guidance, alcohol and drug dependence and in various Psychiatric settings. She has been in private practice for over 20 years and is happy to work with adults, adolescents and children with developmental and anxiety problems. She works with individuals, couples and families.

Sue Jones from Selective Hearing works within our clinic alternate Wednesday mornings. Hearing tests are available for children (3 years and above) and all adults, including Pensioners and DVA cardholders. To book an appointment please call 3892 2679.
